Un grupo de jóvenes que enfrentaron a Franco durante la guerra civil española, vuelven a encontrarse en Madrid, 60 años después, en un concierto que se realiza en su homenaje. Esta es la historia de ese tributo y de un sueño que no pudo ser. Será necesario entonces, revisionar la historia de los últimos 70 años de España desde un punto de vista que ha estado silenciado durante décadas y comprender cómo se ha construido el olvido y qué se puede hacer de aquí en más para recuperar la memoria. On June 25, 2004, 700 Republicans who fought in the Spanish Civil War against Franco journeyed to Rivas in order to receive the first official tribute since the end of the war. The documentary describes the journey of four Republican honorees and the story of their lives, weaving together the testimony of the organizers of this event with the history of the last 70 years in Spain from a point of view that has been silenced for decades: what has caused them to be absent from history and what is currently being done to identify the thousands of dead bodies scattered in mass graves throughout the country.
