charity: water - Why Water?

Continuing Buck’s tradition of doing work for a good cause, we teamed up with our pals Antfood to create a film for charity:water educating the public on the very real need for clean water in communities throughout the world. I was lucky enough to work on this exciting project from beginning to end and take part in the challenging steps along the way. Creating this piece was a huge team effort involving a lot of talent from a lot of different individuals. Go check out the full credits list below to see for yourself. 663 million people on our planet drink dirty and dangerous water. Actually, they don’t just drink it, they work for it. They invest hours every day. And not only does it keep them out of school, or take up time that they could be using to earn money for their family, it also kills them. Diseases from unsafe water and lack of basic sanitation kill more people every year than all forms of violence, including war. But access to clean water changes that. Clean water improves health, gives kids more time in school, empowers women, boosts economies, and gives hope for a brighter future. Clean water changes everything.
