IDAM, Alain Ducasse Restaurant designed by Philippe Starck

2012, IDAM Restaurant, Doha, Qatar Client: Rinck Contract for Philippe Starck Commission: Videos for iPad Menu Creative Direction & Production : Label Dalbin, Paris Artists: Nanda Fernandez-Brédillard & Christophe Santaigne Project aiming to produce video movies for iPad menu in the restaurant IDAM, runs by Alain Ducasse at the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, Qatar. For this 60 seats venue, whose interior architecture bears Philippe Starck's signature, the french designer has asked Label Dalbin to produce this short movie describing the preparation of one of the recipes listed on the menu. Directed by Nanda Fernandez Bredillard, and shot in the hotel Plaza Athénée kitchens with the chef, Christophe Santaigne, it highlights the brilliance of french culinary art.
