The space for naturist studio

This is a video of the proposed studio I am looking to renovate so that naturist can come over for private lessons and small group sessions. It needs updating in electrical and structural areas. No closed captioning is really needed for this video since I just wanted to show you what it looks like and the repairs and upgrades it needs to be a good space. It does have a shower in the area. The shower and the faucet were running in the background so those without hearing issues may hear that there is a bathroom there.
