Social Distancing at Canine to Five

Canine to Five is committed to providing a safe & healthy environment for our dogs, clients, and staff. In an effort to practice social distancing within our lobby, we have introduced a new intake process that may be familiar to our OG Detroit clients! Upon arrival, our lobby doors will remain locked and clients will enter the lobby 1 at a time by appointment only Clients will place their dogs into our temporary intake kennel, then remove their collars & leashes to take back to the car with them Our staff will then be able to secure the dog safely once the client leaves, then repeat the process in reverse upon pickup Clients are also encouraged to keep a credit or debit card saved to their account with us to take advantage of our hands-free checkout option
