The Captain Bullock (on stilts) rides a giant parrot in a quest for romance and birdseed, whilst Miranda the gorgeous mermaid, in her seahorse drawn chariot, flirts with passing handsome sailors. Children will flock to meet the parrot, he is very friendly and keen to say hello. Meanwhile Miranda races about at quite a speed and raises a smile from everybody she passes.
