Observatory concert - binaural recording

This is a compilation of pieces created for the 23 loudspeakers in the dome of the Astronomical Observatory of Vilnius University. The concert was part of http://aheadfestival.lt . The audio track is optimized for headphone playback - please listen with high quality headphones! A production by the Music Innovation Studies Centre of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. All pieces were spatialized using the ambix Ambisonics plug-ins by Matthias Kronlachner. During listening to this video you are virtually placed in the Cube of the Institute of Electronic Music and Acoustics in Graz with its 24 loudspeakers in the hemisphere.
