Why Americans want trains in cities

Why has urban planning gotten so popular in the last several years? People want to be free of the car, once a symbol of freedom now a near necessity. Today I’ll be discussing my thoughts, how I believe this popularity is tied into wider social trends we are seeing in the United States today. Millions want change, and I think it will come at a faster pace than many of us realize if people get involved locally and champion the change they want to see.
