Tv9 Gujarat - Twitter war of Congress & BJP over Uttarakhand calamity

Congress and BJP has started twitter war over Uttarakhand calamity and it was started by Sushma Swaraj who wrote on micro blogging site that congress should be dissolved in Uttarakhand as it was not able to handle the calamity.
