Buses and tourist Innovas stranded during the floods in Uttarakhand

A horde of tourist buses and Toyota Qualis and Innova MUV vans stand stranded as a result of the Uttarakhand floods of 2013. The hills cannot take the pressure of such large numbers of pilgrim visitors or traffic during the summer months! The mountains have a limited carrying capacity!
