Tv9 Gujarat - Congress leaders says 'One can have full meal for Rs 12 in Mumbai, Rs 5 in Delhi'

Congress leader Rasheed Masood said that one can have a full meal in Delhi for Rs 5, after him another Congress leader, Raj Babbar said can have a full meal in Mumbai for Rs 12, they tried to explain that poverty has come down even as prices have risen.
