Group of men thrashed in Guwahati as Cops look on

Shocking visuals caught on tape; In what seems to be an unprovoked attack a group of men was mercilessly beaten up by a mob in Assam. The incident took place even as the police looked on. With evidence available on tape will the police act against this.
