The Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC was vandalized Thursday night with green paint. The Washington Post says the vandalism happened on the base and feet of the 19 foot tall statue of Abraham Lincoln. It was discovered around 1:30 am ET Friday Morning. The memorial was temporarily closed until the paint was cleaned up.
