Tv9 Gujarat - Ishrat Jahan Encounter case : PP Pandey surrenders to CBI court

Gujarat's former Additional Director General of Police PP Pandey surrendered before a Central Bureau of Investigation court in Ahmedabad on Tuesday. His anticipatory bail was rejected by Supreme Court on Monday.
