Syrian official claims rebels used chemical weapons

Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister claims opposition fighters are the ones who used chemical weapons with Western encouragement.

Meanwhile, chemical weapons inspectors have resumed their work in Syria after it was suspended because of fears for their safety.
