Waterspout Forms Off Dubrovnic Coast

Tourists and Croatians alike were quick to draw their cameras when a dramatic waterspout formed off the coast of Dubrivnic, the World Heritage city in southern Croatia. According to uploader Boris Basic, a line of instability rushed over the Dubrovnic coast, which produced over 30 such waterspouts. Video from an elevated position over Dubrovnic is provided here.
