Deepika Padukone Ditched Salman's Offer For Shahrukh Khan

Dimpled dame Deepika Padukone, is currently riding high with her spell bound success stories in the Bollywood industry. However, having heard her chanting success what surprises the news this time is that the actress, who had initially made her acting debut opposite superstar Shah Rukh Khan in Om Shanti Om, now reveals that she was first offered by Shahrukh's alleged rival and B-town's godfather Salman Khan for a film, but no sooner she had to turn down the offer.

Reportedly, Salman's offer is believed to have happened way before Farah Khan chose her for Om Shanti Om. Confirming the above story, Deepika shed her reasons and said that in her initial stages, she was not at all ready to face the camera and so she turned down Salman's offer and the news has nothing more to it. But with the speculations on, we wonder if Shahrukh himself might have advised Dippy to not venture into Salman, as the grapes were quite sour between the two Khans then, what say viewers?
