Newborn baby survives car crash seconds after birth in Sweden

A baby girl survived a serious car crash seconds after she was born en route to hospital in Sweden.

The husband was driving his wife and their two elder children to a hospital in Gavle. It was reported that he took his eyes off the road to watch his wife gave birth, causing the car to veer into a ditch before rolling over four times.

All family members were conscious after the crash. They were taken to the hospital shortly after the accident. According to local media, both the mother and the infant are in stable condition.
