For 5 days in August 2013, the Bowmans and the Munns arranged a family holiday in Palm Cove, northern Queensland (Malcolm, Waveney, Hamish, Marion, Jodie, Shelley, Alicia, Warren, Yvonne, Luis). Some of us then took a one day trip to the Low Isles on the Inner Great Barrier Reef, while Hamish and Jodie took a more ambitious trip to scuba dive on the outer reef where the fish and corals are more spectacular. But the Low Isles outing was a great family-oriented experience with lots of fun snorkeling in the shallow lagoon around the islands.
