A 30 year-old office-woman from Taipei was threatened by a stalker with a hidden cam footage that resulted in her having to go to the bathroom with an umbrella to cover her face.
She received a phone call from a male stranger claiming to have installed a hidden camera in the girls bathroom at her work and that if she doesn't go out with him, he's going to post the video online.
Police suggested that if anyone suspects a hidden camera in the bathroom, they can all for special technicians for a scan, and take notice of any suspicious decorations and holes in the wall. The most likely places for a hidden camera is in the tissue box, water tank, or in the trashcan.
