6-year-old Spencer Conn hits five home runs in five straight at bats

A video posted on YouTube shows 6-year-old apparently hitting home runs on the first pitch in five straight at bats has gone viral.

The video definitely shows Spencer Conn hitting five home runs, though the footage appears to have been shot during at least two different games, so it's not clear whether Conn actually hit five home runs on the first pitch in five straight at bats. What is clear from the video is that Conn definitely has a crazy good stance for someone his age and can hit for power.

If Conn keeps this up, it's only a matter of time before the pros start scouting him. Heck, maybe he'll skip Little League and Minor League baseball altogether and go straight to the Big Leagues. The Texas Rangers could sure use another right-handed batter.
We feel sorry for the teams that have to play this kid. For his age group, adults do the pitching, so opponents can't intentionally walk him or throw him a bunch of sliders outside the strike zone. When Conn takes the plate, it's not a matter of if, but how far, he'll hit the ball.
