The smartphone has become another body part. No matter where we are or what we're doing people find a reason to get it out and use it. The New York based app Locket monitored how often 150k people checked their phones. Though the app has a monetary incentive behind it the numbers are alarming. The annual internet trends report also researched similar data and the figures were even higher.
