Normally, a hero levels up by earning experience from battle. Leveling up causes the hero to gain improved stats and new skills. Alternatively, the player can upgrade a hero by fusing it with an unwanted hero. Fusing yields similar results, and the process is both easier and less time-consuming.
Social features in this game include a battle mode and a built-in guild system. In battle mode, it does not actually pit two players against each other in the arena. Instead, the player will engage in one-on-one fights with a rival’s preset defender character.
