Second Deep Sea Oarfish Found in Southern California Stumping Scientists

A second oarfish washed up in southern California in less than two weeks. It was found in Oceanside and took more than 15 people to haul the fish before it was taken by NOAA. Scientists are stumped as to why two of these fish were found in California as they live so deep in the ocean and don’t surface in shallow waters.
