It was about two weeks ago that Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on TIMES NOW had agreed to a debate with Arvind Kejriwal. She also demanded a formal proposal from the Aam Adami Party Chief for the same. On Thursday (Oct 24) Arvind Kejriwal sent a formal proposal to the three-time Chief Minister for a three-way debate between the BJP, the Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party.
