Photos of Home for Sale Accidentally Show Marijuana Grow Operation

A real estate agent ended up taking photos of a home on the market, but got a little something extra in the images.

You never know what could be found in an empty house. A real estate agent ended up taking photos of a home on the market in Bristol, United Kingdom but got a little something extra in the images.

A cannabis grow operation could be seen in one of the rooms. The bedroom floor was covered in soil, fans, cables, pipes used for ventilation and plant pots.

The residence is currently listed for a little over $200,000. Photos of the drug making operation were posted on the real estate website, Rightmove.

Amazingly the error wasn’t initially caught, meaning many potential buyers saw the marijuana cultivating equipment strewn across the floor. The description of the house noted the home was a “Victorian-style villa in need of refurbishment”.

It also pointed out the residence is comprised of an “entrance hall, lounge, open-plan kitchen/dining room, with two bedrooms and first-floor bathroom.”

Neighbors claimed the woman who previously lived in the home was rarely seen and she always had her curtains closed. The police were called and the plants were seized as evidence.
