Suicide blasts hit Iranian embassy in Beirut, claimed by Al-Qaeda offshoot

Up to 23 people have been killed in powerful blasts near the Iranian embassy in Lebanon's capital Beirut. An Iranian cultural attache is among the victims of the bombings that injured more than 140.
