Suburban Ice Skating in Canada

Southern Ontario in Canada has been badly affected by a massive snowstorm which is causing widespread traffic chaos across the country. The ice storm has brought freezing rain across Canada, but, for some, it’s an opportunity to do something a little bit out of the ordinary.
