Study Finds Children Who Eat at Dinner Table Are Less Likely to be Fat

A new study from the University of Illinois finds that kids who serve themselves at the table are less likely to be fat. Pre-plated food actually makes things worse, as children don't learn to read body signals for hunger. Families who eat around a table rather than a T.V. were also found to be slimmer.
