Bushfire Sweeps Through Ellenbrook in Australia

A bushfire swept through the northern part of Ellenbrook, near Perth in Australia, on January 20. The Australian Department of Fire and Emergency Services initially issued a bushfire emergency warning for the blaze, saying homes and lives were at risk, but later downgraded the threat level.
