Japanese used lingerie addict arrested

A 52-year-old Japanese man was referred to the Public Prosecutor's Office on Monday for violating Ibaraki Prefecture Law Regulating the upbringing of juveniles. The accused man from Ishioka Ibaraki is suspected of purchasing used knickers worth a total of 10,000 yen (US$100) from two junior high school girls.

The case was brought to light after cyber police approached the two early teens pretending to buyers on the Internet. The pair exchanged 50 texts with the undercover cops.

The cops then arranged secret rendezvous with the two young teens and took them into custody. They told the cops that they had made extra money by selling their old knickers several times. Police later contacted their parents, warning them to teach their kids to be more wary of schemes that seem like "easy money."
