The little annoying panda cub, Yuanzai (圓仔), in the Taipei Zoo had trouble staying awake for five minutes to entertain her fans over the New Year holiday. According to Lunar New Year traditions, the third day is the day to sleep, but Yuanzai woke up early to greet the visitors who flocked like mindless sheep to the zoo during the holiday. She was seen chasing after the zookeeper after she was brought out from the care center. The little rat eventually settled down on a tree branch. After some three minutes of climbing, however, she fell right back to sleep. The Taipei Zoo saw an 8 percent increase in attendance over the Lunar New Year Holiday.
