It's not often a good news story goes viral. But this one, refreshingly free of cats, twerking, beatings or Bieber has just done that.
A squad car dash cam video recorded on Saturday while on patrol in Rosenburg, Texas records the moment when the officer sees a young kid playing with a football by himself, and decides he's gonna fix that.
Originally posted on Rosenburg PD's Facebook page, the video was picked up by local media and has since been doing the rounds on a number of sites.
The other star of the popular video is 10-year-old Jermaine Ford, who says he want to be a football player or a police officer.
