US imposes sanctions on unnamed Russians, Ukrainians

The U.S. has imposed sanctions against unnamed Ukrainians and Russians who it says were involved in the military intervention in Crimea.

The steps include visa bans on those the US said are threatening the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
