Ukrainian Troops at 'Checkpoint' Near Crimea Border

Graham Phillips, who has been a regular source of Crimea-related videos, on March 18 posted this footage, which he described as showing a “second Ukrainian checkpoint” 20km from the border with Crimea, near Chongar.
