This Is Possibly the Worst Soccer Penalty of All Time

This may be one of the worst penalties you’ll ever see. Vincent McGrath was at a local soccer match in Dublin. He happened to be recording when Mark O’Brien playing for Swords Celtic stood up to deliver this manna from football heaven.
