McCain: Putin 'will always be our adversary'

While urging members of the Senate to pass an aid package for Ukraine, Sen. McCain said Thursday that the U.S. must send military assistance to Ukraine to prevent Russian President Vladimir Putin from rebuilding the Russian empire.
