Journalist Accuses Oscar Pistorius of Taking Acting Lessons for Trial

The heated trial for South African sprint runner, Oscar Pistorius is currently underway and emotions are running very high. A local journalist is now claiming that Pistorius had received acting lessons prior to the start of his trial.

The heated trial for South African sprint runner, Oscar Pistorius is currently underway and emotions are running very high. A local journalist is now claiming that Pistorius had received acting lessons prior to the start of his trial.

For those who are unfamiliar with the case, Pistorius, who is an Olympic and Paralympic athlete, is accused of fatally shooting his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp. She was killed on Valentine’s Day last year and according to Pistorius, he fired a shot through the closed bathroom door in his home.

The defense team says Pistorius believed there was an intruder behind the door rather than his girlfriend. The prosecution, however, is alleging Pistorius cold heartedly murdered her after an argument.

Pistorius' recent testimony in court showed him sobbing and even vomiting. The journalist accusing him of acting, Jani Allan, remarked ‘I have this information from extremely reliable sources. I have it on very good authority that Oscar is being coached on his court performance by a close actor friend, who is also famous in South Africa.’

Allan has written an open letter to the accused and released it online for everyone to read. Steenkamp's mother has expressed slight suspicion regarding his testimony as well, saying the vomiting and incessant crying on his part were ‘dramatic’ .
