Dunya News-Water Board, police act jointly, cut illegal connections

A joint operation of Water Board and police at Banaras area of Karachi resulted in cutting of illegal connections.
The staff of water and sewerage board also demolished illegal pumping stations also with the cooperation of the local police.
The officials also acted in the surroundings of the colony and raided against the illegal connections. A heavy machinery was used in the operation. Moreover, At least two pumps that were extracting water from Water Board’s main line were also demolished.
