T-plates are designed to be used as buttress plates, especially on the medial aspect of the tibial plateau. These are also used in fixation of proximal humerous fractures. These T-plates are used for Humeral & tibial head. These plates are compatible with 4.5 mm & 6.5 mm screws. The oval hole is used for temporary fixation of plate prior to final adjustment.
