Plumes of smoke above Deraa in southern Syria on Tuesday mark another rocket attack.

This one is said to be carried out by forces loyal to President Bashar al-Assad.

The footage, posted to social media, shows scenes of chaos where the bombs fell.

As the dust settled men and children staggered out of the rubble, with some of them having to be carried.
