►How to Run Programs in Compatibility Mode in Windows 8/8.1 ?

Right click the program that you want to run in compatibility mode ,click on properties and than click on "Compatibility" and than Check this option "Run this Program in Compatibility Mode" and select your version of Windows and than click on Apply and than Ok ..It's done.
