Dhruv Dikshit - Why Is Life So Terrible Again?

2014-06-11 1 Dailymotion

The mind isn’t moving slower,
Everything else is moving faster,
Cars, people, the child grows,
The dizzy dose and the dying vows.
Opportunities slipping one after another,
Grabbing the tail, trying to hang on.
Failure planning the future,
Nightmare planning the night,
Bound to the chains of the past.

Trying to erase the memory?
Try the best way you can.
Till the ghastly street snatcher,
Slams your head with his favourite hammer.
Memory then drains out with the blood,
Dies out with the final drop.
Body should be vanished, though,
Or that grave adored by the few ones,
Would collect all that drained out,
And forms a tumor in them.

Are the peaks excessively high,
Or am I a poor climber?
Either ways struck an average,
Not enough to reach the other side.
Climbing with the sun along,
Calming with the moon around.
Ironically,
Moonlight reflects the negatives of past,
Sunlight shows the terrain ahead.
Why is life so terrible again?
