Please don't tell her I'm here,
hiding in these words of convoluted verse,
dodging cyberspace to escape her relentless pursuit.
I've locked the gate to the Pink Palace
but she stalks me to the Poetry Showcase!
says my words make her laugh! make her cry!
Says she loves me,
wants to have my poetic baby!
But I'm not ready for commitment.
I can write no poem for only one soul forever!

I hear her coming, she treads softly.
Quick! , hide me in your love poems,
your limmericks, your free style verse!
Bury my posting trail!
Save me from her linguistic insanity!
Too late!
She's found me! She clicks on me!
My inbox overflows
with her passion!
She wants to have my poetic baby
and she wants it now!
