Shah Jehan Ashrafi - The Wizard

Fed up with life a man was meditating
Everything around him could only be irritating
He thought he would end up his existence imitating
His motto was somehow to be always creating
How could things not work the way he had wanted
He wanted now a wish of his to be granted
The garb of helplessness had to be shed
He asked the devil to help him by giving his blood
Soon the great metamorphosis occurred
The man was turned into a wizard
He could use his magic wand and cast a spell
But that was only the threshold of hell
Lazy and dependent became the man
Without his wand he was only a bare land
He believed more in the wand than in himself
Only then did he realise the power of being oneself
