The process operation includes: conveying and staging of the pallets, each pallet holding four drums; bulk filling of the drums, laser-level sensing, load densification, and precision dribble filling to final fill level; drum lidding; label application; and shrink-wrapping of filled and palleted drums. The secondary process includes a two-station bulk bag filling operation to enable, in one station, very high-volume filling of the various, dry bulk materials into bulk bags; and, in the other station, the continual filling of off-spec material for recovery and re-processing to specifications.
