Ruptured water pipe causes massive floods

A broken water pipe floods parts of the University of California, Los Angeles campus. Los Angeles Water and Power spokeswoman Michele Vargas said the water main under Sunset Boulevard that has been spewing water for two hours would take another two hours to shut off.
