President Barack Obama Appalled By the Brutal Murder of Journalist, Promises U.S. Will "Act Against ISIL"

President Obama made a brief statement on Wednesday in Martha's Vineyard where he was vacationing to address the beheading of journalist Jim Foley. He promised to act against ISIL, the terrorist group accused of Foley's murder.
