[] Yep, and many people that are successful can't sing!
[] Why the hell is everything so easy for guys :(
[] Oh, God no. Gross.
[] Reminds me of a friend of mine who is an electrical engineer and when he was younger he had an engineering position that required he wore a tie. He went to a supermarket at lunch and some woman thought he was a supermarket employee and started asking him questions so he just said, "Lady I'm on my fucking break." She stormed off and actually got a manager who said ya he doesn't work he here.
[] There are 923 words in the English language that break the “I before E” rule. Only 44 words actually follow that rule.
[] Pretty sure this isn't a mob hit. They know 90% of their subscribers would leave and use something else if this were the case. It's not like they're the only gang on the block.
[] The current generation is missing out on that. I can remember my childhood number but can't tell you any of my friends numbers off the top of my head.
[] I remember being given a lecture about the usability of objects and this issue popped up a few times. We often feel stupid for being confronted with an object that we don't know how to use and we feel much worse when we find out that it's really easy to use. The problem with that is that if the object was designed well, then our ability to understand how to use it immediately should have been apparent without having to need some level of prior knowledge. Ever since hearing that, it made sense to me to not feel dumb when I don't know how to use something. They should have designed somehow better. It isn't your fault you didn't understand it. They should have placed labeling to make you look at the panel.
[] Link to donation page if it's not obvious in the story :) :

[] EXACTLY this. I despise when people think they know everything because they saw one article, or they read one comment, or they heard one statement. The thirst for knowledge is continuous. The smartest people in the world don't think they know much at all.
[] Roughly 50% of all cancer research publications cannot be replicated in other labs.

Troubling, isn't it?

[] so, you're a terrorist.

either dumbest terrorist ever or not serious threat
[] Thats cute!!
[] Sooo that's why they did it in miles from the start. They smart.
[] Me too! When I'm bursting to go and finally get to a toilet, my teeth hurt. I thought I was the only one!
[] But surely evil is as evil does; someone with propensity for nihilistic self-serving behaviour but suppresses it is good, I'd say moreso than someone with a nurturing nature who takes to it naturally.
