Makki Ki Roti (Corn Flour Pancakes) By Seema

Makki ki roti is the quintessential Punjabi pancake usually acting as an accompaniment for 'Sarson ka saag'. Similar to Mexican corn tortillas, these pancakes are made from corn/maize flour. Click play to learn how to make them!

2 cups makki (corn) flour
Ghee
Coriander, finely chopped
1 tbsp ajwain (carom) seeds
1 tsp salt
1 cup lukewarm milk
1 cup lukewarm water
